Our optical was founded to offer patients and clients a truly unique experience in eye care. We have partnered with the highest quality, independent frame lines and use the most technically advanced lenses to provide the best eyeglasses at a fair price. Five stars all around for Artisan Optical! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The shop itself is charming, and the adorable shop dog was such a sweet and unexpected bonus that instantly made the experience even better. The eye doctor was incredibly thorough and patient, making sure to answer every single one of my questions. He took the time to explain each step of the process and clearly walked me through everything he was seeing, which made me feel informed and completely at ease. I’ve been to many eye doctors over the years, but he has quickly become a personal favorite. I had a great experience at Artisan Optical. I picked out two pairs of glasses, and the whole process felt really personalized from start to finish. They have a unique selection of frames you don’t see everywhere, which made it easy to find styles that actually fit my look instead of settling for something basic. The team was helpful without being pushy, and they took the time to make sure everything fit comfortably and looked right. Both pairs turned out exactly how I wanted, and the quality is noticeably better than what I’ve gotten in the past. If you’re looking for something different and a more thoughtful experience than a typical chain store, I’d definitely recommend checking them out. ~ Megan L
Chose Artisan Optical on a whim, my previous optician stopped doing eye exams since i went to them last. Artisan Optical is a wonderful duo I was seen by Dr. Jensen and he took great care of me. I'm a curious person, and asked a bunch of questions regarding my optical health which he answered with care and depth. Alicia was a wonderful person to chat with, and she handled helping choose a pair of frames, I'm recently out as trans-femm and wanted help deciding frames to help me feel more correct in myself. She did a wonderful job helping me choose beautiful frames that fit my price range. They're both wonderful people and I will be going back each time I need to re-up on contacts or for my yearly. ~ UltraViolet V
